At the heart of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) Conference of the Parties (COP16), the EU Pavilion stands as a beacon of Europe’s commitment to reversing biodiversity loss, preserving ecosystems, and ensuring sustainable futures for all.
Located in the Blue Zone, from October 21 to November 1st, the EU Pavilion will be open every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Through panel sessions, information points and networking events, it will showcase initiatives working towards an ambitious implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and achieving Peace with Nature.
The EU Pavilion will be a platform for fostering collaboration and engagement among diverse stakeholders—Parties, Subnational and Local Governments, Business and Finance, Civil Society, Women, Indigenous Peoples, Local Communities, and Youth.
